Sacajawea State Park

At the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers, Maya Lin has designed seven story circles that explore the Native cultures, language, flora and fauna, geology, and natural history of the site. As you pass from one story circle to the next, consider how the intersection of the Snake and Columbia rivers, cultures, communities, and environmental forces have shaped and continue to affect the land around you.

Join Executive Director Colin Fogarty for a story-driven tour of the Confluence Story Circles at Sacajawea State Park in Pasco, WA.

Meet at the Sacajawea State Park Interpretive Center. Start time: 10 am for a walk that lasts about 45 minutes.
